Patacon is the best! Tequeyoyos were also tasty, and they were able to accommodate our request for a vegetarian arepa. Very authentic tasty Venezuelan food, and the staff is very nice and really helpful. We loved it and can’t wait to go back again.

Great suthebtic Venezuela food. Reminds me of back home. Everything fresh mad ein house. No dirty oil, and staff is very attentive and we saw them scrub clean the tables. Good sanitationsanitation, clean and stocked up bathrooms. Good portion sizes on their meals. They have many options from classic dishes to side orders of jus y the empanadas, the platano macho and more. They also have drinks from venezuela

Stopped by El Guerrerense on Armitage and man, they did not disappoint. Grabbed the carne asada tacos and a tamarindo Jarritos—total came to about 12. Tacos were fire: meat was juicy, tortillas fresh, and that green salsa had a nice kick. The spot's no-frills, but the food speaks for itself. Staff was chill and quick with the service. If you're in the area and craving legit Mexican eats, this is the place.

A vibrant spot for Venezuelan street food in Chicago’s Belmont-Cragin neighborhood. The beef empanadas are top-tier—generous, well-seasoned, and come with a creamy green sauce that stands out
